All participants are required to register through the SGI 2019 online registration system.
Participants are encouraged to register in advance in order to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
• All credit cards-related service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• Actual debit amount will be subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• [Domestic] The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘ALLAT’.
• [Overseas] The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Society of Gastrointestinal Intervention’.
• AMEX and Diners Club cards are not accepted due to changes in the credit card companies' policies. Visa, Master cards support 3D secure. Card issuer has to support 3D secure protocol and enroll your credit card on your participating card issuer’s website.

Bank Transfer

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• The sender's name should be the registrant's name.
• A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the Secretariat. Please ensure that the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.

Cancellation & Refund

• If you want to cancel your participation in SGI 2019, please notify it to the Secretariat in writing by Fax(+82-2-2269-4380) or e-mail (sgi@conventionpm.com)
• Refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
• All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refunds. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:
  

  Cancellation by August 30, 2019	80% Reimbursement. (20% of the remitted amount will be deducted as an administration fee.)
  Cancellation after August 30, 2019	No refund
